What: 3.27 Mile course with 12 obstacles from hell

How do I train for Warrior Dash?
1. Day one: run as far as you can. Go home. Day two: do the same thing.
2. Find the dirtiest pond in your neighborhood and snorkel in it - in your slippers, without goggles.
3. Practice your climbing and crawling skills at your local jungle gym. Ignore the small children and parental glares.
4. Do not shower or shave for weeks in order to obtain a true Warrior look.

Pop Tarts for Warm Feet.

So I have decided I need some warm, fuzzy wool house slippers from New Zealand. I should have got these when I was there last year...but I didn't.

I am currently working a deal to trade pop tarts for a pair of these woolies.

You see they do not sell pop tarts in NZ...and some Hasher friends of mine love pop tarts...
